Job Title:
Project Manager - II (Project Manager Specialist)
The Contractor shall provide and designate a Project Manager. The Contractor shall manage the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scope, development, design, and direction of major projects for the MuTC - Cyber Program. The Project Manager shall oversee and provide MuTC - Cyber Program customer support for cyber testing and training events and exercises, including gathering and implementing event requirements. Projects will require technical services and material support to the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).
Education:A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, or Information Management, or related discipline or minimum experience listed below.Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing of major projects with broad technical requirements including IT, OT, and telecommunication / RF systems utilizing Project Management Institute (PMI) principles.The Contractor shall have experience and knowledge of IT and OT devices and the management of associated systems.The Contractor shall possess experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 3G, and 4G wireless technologies to support the MuTC Wireless Network.The Contractor shall possess experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the internal organization and establishing responsibilities and setting expectations.The Contractor shall have experience with controlling and managing budgets and schedules.Other Duties:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Travel:
Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
