The Corporate Strategy team at Bose works on some of the company's most important business and growth initiatives. We work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across the company to analyze market opportunities, create winning strategies, and inform important decisions with insightful, data-driven recommendations based on a deep knowledge of the business, customers, and external market factors.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Summer Intern to join our Corporate Development and Ventures team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate venture capital. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to high-impact projects and initiatives that drive Bose's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential investment opportunities.Financial Modeling : Assist in developing financial models to evaluate potential M&A and investment opportunities.Due Diligence : Support the due diligence process investments, including reviewing financial statements, business plans, and conducting interviews.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various departments within Bose to gather insights and support ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Education : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Current MBA student with 3-5 years' pre-MBA experience preferred
