A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TECHICAL WRITER

As a Technical Writer at a robotics company, you will be working as part of a larger team of software and hardware engineers, field and operations staff, and the marketing team. Meeting and working with other team members to gather their specialized knowledge to create operating manuals and training material for our customers. You will write, edit, and proofread the content. You will review drawings and consult with the engineering staff to produce specification sheets. In addition, you will work with the marketing team to create presentations and releases for sales and speaking engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TECHNICIAL WRITERBachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field required.3 years of related experience requiredFamiliar with engineering drawingsExceptional technical writing skillsExcellent organizational habitsUS work authorization, no visa sponsorshipWriting samples will be requested as part of the screening process
