With a focus on creating and qualifying early interest in Arbolus from a specific list of key accounts in the Private Equity space. The successful candidate will work closely with a business development manager to address their territory and create and execute a strategic plan. This relationship also provides the basis for ongoing support, coaching, and feedback.Key responsibilities you will be in charge ofResearch the deals market and use this awareness to create high-value interactions with prospective clientsCreate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting through multiple methods of engagement, including but not limited to Cold calling / Email outreach / Attending conferencesUnderstand the challenges faced by your clients and the marketTell the Arbolus story and help prospects understand how Arbolus can address their unique needsConduct ongoing discovery, to improve our understanding of key accounts.Constantly iterate and improve strategy and tactics to deliver a high volume of quality leads for the sales teamRefine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in your segment while collaborating with the sales team to penetrate targeted accounts with innovative approachesAbout youWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who learns quickly, has a genuine interest in the world of investing, and wants to build a career in a client-facing commercial role.Requirements to succeed in this roleA collaborative team player with excellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environmentThe ability to speak with stakeholders at all professional levelsNative level of English; any other European language is a plusSome knowledge of, and a genuine interest in, the Private Equity or Hedge Fund spaceStrong academic backgroundNice to have1-2 years experience in outbound prospecting into a targeted list of accountsPrevious experience in a start-up or fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with SaaS productsPrevious knowledge/experience of Private Equity spaceWhat we offerComprehensive benefits package including a base salary of 65-80k and uncapped commissions based on performanceStock Option EligibilityHealth insurance benefits18 days of paid time off 10 days of paid holidays per year.
