Thermal Shop is seeking an experienced and results-driven

Account Manager

to join the project management team at their Cedar Rapids office. This is an in office position. As a key player in this growing department, you will report directly to Thermal Shop’s top leadership team.If you bring a strong background in accounts management, business finance, and process improvement, demonstrating exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail- then we would be pleased to meet you.This role requires someone who wants to be challenged. Someone who is driven and self-motivated; a proactive and resourceful individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment by taking ownership of their responsibilities and leading by example.In short, if you are a career-minded, focused, communicative, and driven individual who possesses all the required skills and experience, if you desire growth and success (financial and otherwise), and a long-term place at a dynamic and integral business, please apply.Responsibilities:Project Management: From lead generation through the final inspection, oversee and manage the flow of jobs and clients through our sales and installation processes.Sales Growth: Work with sales team to identify new prospects, generate leads, and take action on promising opportunities.Auditing: Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Reporting: Provide routine reports detailing account metrics to the leadership team. Keep team members updated about current and upcoming projects, potential issues, areas for improvement, and successes.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients. Ensure seamless customer experiences.Communication: Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages about new opportunities to provide services.Team Projects: Assist team members with occasional projects outside the usual scope of work.Ownership: Take ownership of and improve the roles, tasks, and responsibilities assigned to you.

Required Qualifications:Two year degree or equivalent work experienceStrong understanding of the sales pipelineAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsSolution-oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:Two years experience in the construction industryAbility to read and interpret building blueprintsStrong ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure

Benefits:Yearly salary $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications3 weeks PTOPaid HolidaysPotential commissions above regular payNegotiable medical benefits
