Description & Requirements
Maximus is seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to join our team. As a Windows Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of windows-based servers and systems. Your role will involve managing server infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reliability and security of the Windows environment.

Administer and maintain Windows-based server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and patch managementMonitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure performance and reliabilityExperience in Windows-based systems, such as Windows 2008/2012R2/2016R2Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and SOPsEnsure high availability and disaster recovery readiness by implementing appropriate backup and restoration strategiesSupport the mitigation and assessment of vulnerabilitiesPerform regular system backup and recovery procedures.Manage user accounts, active directories, and group policies.Install, configure, and troubleshoot the local and wide area network applications, including software development tools and operating systems
Minimum Requirements
TCS220, T4, Band 7
Active Secret clearance is required.Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship.This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime. Candidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.Telework: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customers discretion. This includes being on-site during the transition period. Must be based around Colorado Springs, CO.This position requires a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.7+ Years of experience supporting Windows or related experience is required.Desired: Certified in Microsoft MCSA and MCSE

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
