The Utah Hockey Club is seeking a Digital Product Manager to oversee digital products and drive fan engagement, experiences and enhancements for our fans through our digital platforms. This role will oversee app, website, sms, and email platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience working within existing app and web environments and have experience implementing customer-facing digital solutions across web, mobile, and apps. Prior experience working with professional sports teams or athletes is highly preferred.
This position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and reports directly to the Director of Marketing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with marketing leadership, key stakeholders, and users across the UtahHockey Club to define the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.Lead the ongoing development and execution of the product roadmap for the Utah Hockey Club's apps and digital platforms.Work with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Business Analytics, Ticketing, New Business, Corporate Partnerships, and Game Presentation on utilization, optimization, and activations.Track and report on product performance, helping evaluate future investments and growth opportunities.Manage the functional design process by integrating a deep understanding of user needs and technical capabilities.Translate the product roadmap into clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and test acceptance criteria.Play a key role in defining user experience strategies for users, including fans and partnersEstablish workflows for efficient management and deployment of digital product updatesBe flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to continuously assess the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify risks and opportunitiesProtect the reputation of the companyExemplify the Utah Jazz mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappyAccept other duties, as assignedCOMPETENCIES:

Bachelor's DegreeThree years digital product work experience (sports or entertainment preferred)PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
