Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging of applications software and systems.Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks.Communicate status with leadership and customers.Ensure software standards are met.Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.Troubleshooting / debugging experience.Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.Experience managing/leading teamsPreferred Qualifications:
BS Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical degree is preferred but not required.CNO capability development experience.Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).Understand assembly programming concepts.Unit Test experience.Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsWorking with DataMove about freely in a laboratory settingRepetitive MotionsOur amazing benefits include:

The projected compensation range for this position is $170,700.00-$283,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
