Human Resources Manager (Projects) - Consultant
Location:

HR Manager Consultant with an emphasis on HR projects for an estimated six-month engagement with possible extension.
Overview:
The consultant will focus on a wide range of projects, including, but not limited to, audits, sexual harassment training compliance, and providing support to the rollout of an employee handbook with updated policies.
A desirable candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong project management skills in HR-related disciplines, and have experience in high non-exempt employee environments, preferably in manufacturing, industrial services, commercial services, logistics, distribution, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct Onsite Audits:
Perform comprehensive reviews of HR practices and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Sexual Harassment Training : Track and manage the facilitation of engaging and informative training sessions for staff at all levels to promote a safe and respectful workplace. Employee Handbook Rollout:
Coordinate rollout and distribution of an updated employee handbook, ensuring all staff are informed of new policies and procedures. Employee Surveys:
Administer and analyze employee surveys to gauge workplace satisfaction and analysis of survey data. Programs:
Provide thought partnership and hands-on support to develop and implement scalable HR programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee experience. Bilingual Communication:
Utilize proficiency in Spanish to develop relationships, enforce policies, and collaborate with leaders and the HR team on various projects. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain meticulous records of all HR projects and activities and communicate findings, action items, and timelines to the appropriate leadership. Project Management:
Lead the hands-on delivery of HR projects with a focus on effective change management, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Execution:
Successfully execute a portfolio of HR projects, driving them from kick-off to completion while achieving desired outcomes. Collaboration:
Build cohesive relationships with the HR team and organization to add value and deliver results. Employee Relations:
Provide full-lifecycle support as needed in the management of employee relations to a successful resolution. Project Agility:
Perform other duties to meet objectives and the needs of the business. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role, with expertise in HR audits, training, and policy implementation. Strong command of both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(required) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in environments with high non-exempt employee populations. Experience in change management and HR project management. Well-versed in employee relations management and resolution. Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable, but not required.

Compensation
The project hourly rate is estimated at $45.00-$58.00 per hour, representing the low and high ends of the range. The actual starting rate of pay may vary based on factors that include, but are not limited to, the position offered, work experience, education, training, and commensurate experience.
