About The Role:

As a Systems Analyst - PLM, you will optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, focusing on our PLM system. You will bridge business and technical teams to ensure the PLM system supports our product development process. Key responsibilities include managing the PLM system, conducting data analysis, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, provide user support, and create documentation. Job Overview:

The Systems Analyst - PLM will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with a particular focus on Centric PLM. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Master Data, and IT, to ensure the PLM system meets business requirements and supports efficient product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the Centric PLM system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.Conduct data analysis to support product development decisions and drive improvements in PLM processes.Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for PLM system enhancements.Design and implement system configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of Centric PLM solutions.Participate in system testing and quality assurance to ensure robust system performance.Provide support to PLM users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, and user manuals.Lead and participate in PLM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of PLM processes and systems.Qualifications:

Proficiency in Centric PLM software, data analysis tools, and SQL.Experience with system integration and data migration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a systems analyst role, with a focus on PLM systems.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in consumer product development processes and lifecycle management.Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.Knowledge of industry best practices in PLM and product development.Data Analytics Certification
