Compensation Range:Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $35.08 - $40.93 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.
*12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12.
Department:861001 Admin - Psych
Expectations:Performs pre-screening assessments, collects financial and demographic information and works with patient and family related to financial counseling. Arranges all admissions to DMC. Accepts responsibility for specific projects as assigned and acts in a lead position in the absence of AC Manager.This position may require flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Social Service, Health Care or communication field; other degrees considered with extensive psychiatric/addictive disease experience.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:A minimum of 2 years health care experience preferable in psychiatric/addictive disease setting and or medical insurance intake verification and financial counseling.
SKILLS:Understanding of working psychiatric symptoms and diagnosis.
