Sr. Business Development Account Manager - Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC)

Overview:
Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Federal Business Development professional with Account Management experience and Strategic Capture Leaders for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) to respond to pending task orders to support this effort. Credence is a Federal IT Systems Integrator and Consulting company building out teams of leaders to cultivate and support this effort. We are looking to expand business within DMDC and the successful candidate will understand how to win and close business at Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) and must have demonstrated success supporting early DMDC contract awards with winning strategies to grow business.Credence has organically grown substantially over the last decade (Inc. list for last 12 years) and are among the top 100 Federal contractors 3 years in a row. We know how to manage sustainable growth and scale to execute billion dollars+ tasks, while keeping an entrepreneurial, agile culture that emphasizes long-term, mutually successful teaming. We understand the challenges and priorities of our veterans as we employ a large population of them, have supported veterans, defense, and global health initiatives. We employ 500+ health & health IT professionals focused on modernizing infrastructure and bettering the well-being of our service members as well as global health programs.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Must be able to leverage years of existing relationships in the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) programs to build and drive new business.Must have a process improvement mindset to convert information into opportunity to discover, drive ways to establish and extend our client business relationship and footprint.Must be able to work using complex analytical skills for Professional Services, IT Consulting Projects, and Program Management.Must be capable of positioning Credence as a trusted technology adviser and partner with decision-makers in the client agencys organization.Demonstrated and proven Lead experience in federal marketing and business development including agency account planning, pipeline creation/origination/qualification/development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity development to drive new sales.Must be able to work with Credence teams and culture, and strategic partners to drive new opportunities in target accounts within the Federal marketplace. Must become a Credence Ambassador with the ability to articulate Credence Management Solutions vision, capability, and value-added support.Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience.US Citizenship is required with the ability of obtaining TS Clearance.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in similar organizations using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.Deep understanding of Federal and Defense technology trends with the ability to drive positive change following industry perspective via the latest technology solutions in Mission Critical DOD IT Environments.Proven track record of 7+yrs of collaborating with technology vendors and partners to close business.Minimum years of successful Agile DOD and DOL business development experience, preferably within Health & Healthcare, DevSecOps, Cyber; Warfare Systems Integration; Tactical/Mission Software/Systems engineering, sustainment and Technology Command Control and Communications Systems with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations.Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry trends, client needs, and our service offerings.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high growth environment.
