Buckeye, AZ . Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience. Once hired, we encourage our employees to continue to seek opportunities for advancement and leadership.Responsibilities:Responsibilities for Inventory Coordinator/Pharmacy Technician:Processes the patients medication for administration such as; scanning medication into the EMR system, sorting the medication and delivering medication to the yards.This also includes collaborating with the pharmacies to process new, discontinued, and refill orders, also returning medications such as; excess medications, expired medications, and discontinued medications to the pharmacy.This role will assist in assessing compliance, insuring that medication is on-hand as required, performing audits on the yards, and insuring that upon release or going to court the patient is provided with enough medication for the continuity of care.Additional responsibilities include reviewing existing data, collecting additional data, running daily, weekly, and monthly reports, applicant will need to be proficient in excel.Knowledge of medication is preferred but not necessary.
Qualifications:Qualifications for Inventory Coordinator/Pharmacy Technician:
:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentCertified or licensed Pharmacy Technician, preferredAt least two years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a purchasing roleGeneral knowledge of brand to generic pharmaceutical equivalentsAbility to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkValid cprWe know you may have questions before applying.
