We are seeking to add a Process Specialist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:Enter variety of data using current technologyPrepare and sort documents for data entryCreate and maintain logs for tracking purposesReview and enter data updates in the systemsReview discrepancies in data receivedProvide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.Performs other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.)Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.Serve as back up in a team member's absence and assist other teams when required.Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fieldsExcellent typing skillsStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedPhysical Demands & Work Environment:
