What You'll Do:
You're responsible for interacting with our business aviation customers (dispatchers, flight operations, airlines) via telephone and email exchanges during all phases of flight planning and operations. You manage on time the delivery of products, goods, and services as well as plan, forecast, schedule, and communicate all transportation activities. You'll Monitor all aircraft arrival/departure timings and other operational updates to make sure the aircraft get loaded/unloaded on time.
A Day As A Dispatcher :
Supervise, motivate, and assist a large team of drivers and driver helpers (including schedules and documentation)Comply with all applicable rules/regulations. Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments.Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.Ensure all vehicles are in working condition (i.e. compliance, fueling, maintenance).Process all meal ordering information and reassure prompt and correct distribution to all involved departments.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.Maintain safety work place Decimates general information to the public and other concerned parties regarding department policies, procedures and applicable federal, state and local lawsCreate and review reports as necessaryUpdate transportation databases.Who You Are:
Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.Requirements necessary to obtain airport IDExcellent planning and coordination skills.Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills.Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer serviceSolution seeker and effective decision makerHands-on in order to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time.The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the transportation departmentFlexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)Minimum of 1 years of work experience in the similar roleProficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)What We Offer:
