Summary
We are recruiting a Research Project Manager to join us in improving lung cancer equity by managing the work being done in our JUSTICE Program.
Position Highlights :
Oversees the work of all involved to ensure that projects are on time and progressing as expected to ensure consistency across multi-site studies.Disseminate information and resources on selected topics to internal and external stakeholders.Serves as a contact for off-site partners and collaborators.
The Ideal Candidate:
Possess the ability to lead a team and monitor their progress.Experience managing a large multi-site study.Strong communication skills and organizational skills.Strong technical writing and presentation developmentCommitted to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.Prior experience with electronic databases and clinical trial expertise would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Oversees day-to-day study progress on ongoing studies and the work of study staff and trainees.Onboard key stakeholders.Works closely with PI and collaborators to perform research and related support activities including (a) development, implementation, and management of research projects; and (b) preparation of drafts of regulatory protocols including protocol amendment changes and progress reports, manuscripts, budgets, and grant applications.Organize and lead project meetings, meeting documentation and follow up.Maintain documentation, development, and maintenance of project timelines, tracking progress toward project milestones and reporting results.Data management and preliminary statistical analysis.Oversees completion of study activities per protocol
Credentials and Qualifications:
Master's degree in public health, Epidemiology, or another healthcare-related field.Must have (5) five years of experience working in clinical, behavioral, epidemiological, and/or equivalent research project management experience in a science specialty.In lieu of a master's and 5 years, a bachelor's degree in a field of study noted in the requirements and 7 years of experience working in the above specialty fields of research may be considered.
Must have the ability to work well under the pressure of meeting mandatory deadlines.Must have good organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
