About the Role
FIS is looking for a Learning & Development Project Manager to join our Global Skills, Learning, and Development team of Talent COE. In this role, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and scalability of leadership skills and capabilities across the enterprise.
About The Team
Join the Global Skills, Learning, and Development team of Talent COE which focuses on our peoples' leadership and behavioral capability development, ranging from individual contributors and managers, to senior leaders and top executives. We internally develop and deliver leadership, managerial, and behavioral content for global, enterprise-wide learning programs and customize our content and experiences for leaders at every level of the organization. You will work with experienced L&D Consultants in the Talent COE and will get an agile global exposure to work with learning leaders across different facets of The People Office and the FIS lines of business.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic learning and development project manager to join our team and contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide leadership learning experiences that will shape the future of our global workforce and equip our people with relevant skills and capabilities to lead, influence, innovate, and perform their day-to-day business roles.
Content Design & Delivery: Help curate content that can be facilitated for Individual Contributors or Managers across the enterprise, working to research frameworks and models that can be taught, and helping to ensure visuals are prepared for virtual instructor-led delivery. Searching for someone who would be able to facilitate the learning to key audiences as we as contribute to the content and curriculum design so knowledge of adult learning theory and leadership best practices is a plus! Experience Curation: Contribute to the project management and logistics execution for our BOLT roadmap programs and experiences. Data Collection: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and behavior change, by applying measurement methods to assess the effectiveness of content, and by dashboarding data-driven insights that will help us continuously refine and enhance interventions. You will help us tell the ROI narrative for these learning programs and help to visualize the data and the impact of the experiences in dashboards that can be shared with stakeholders and executive audiences. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study Leadership experience and involvement in previous roles and institutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work well independently and within a team Great communication skills - both for teamwork and for delivery of content to key audiences Bonus If You Have
Experience with slide design or graphic design and online learning tools, video editing, or instructional design Experience with dashboard creation and data collection and analysis What We Offer You
