Job Title : Business/Technical Analyst
Job Location : Philadelphia / West Point, PA - Need Local candidate only
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Visa : GC/ USC or EADThey need someone who can go onsite at least 2x MONTHLY in PA

Local to PA
Seasoned Business/Technical Analyst with experience in current functional state analysis, modeling, use case, requirements elicitation/specification development, acceptance test management.
Subject matter experience in the pharmaceutical industry, commercial operations, content management, content search, medical information management or knowledgement management.
Experience with developing web/portals and/or external facing web applications, digital transformation type tools, data integration functional requirements and data mapping.
Being comfortable in all SDLC phases where projects are conceptualized, issues discussed/resolved and business cases are developed for a global launch.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as individual with be working directly with Business clients and third party vendor.
Ability to facilitate meetings around defining requirements, goals and issues.
Well organized and adaptable to unstructured situations.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute requirement gathering.
Experience in developing and managing user acceptance testing with business partners.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Collaborates well with cross-functional teams (business, developers, vendors).
Working knowledge of Agile methodology, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Working knowledge of Sharepoint (admin functions) and collaboration tools.
Power user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Comfortable working remotely and driving the elicitation of requirements, testing, Go Live and Business Readiness.
Preferred Prior Client work experience with a working knowledge of Client SDLC processes and templates.
Experience using commercial portals, external users, health care providers, content applications, medical CRM, medical affairs/medical information applications.
Direct involvement with medical affairs operations on a global scale. Business acumen in the pharmaceutical industry.
Normal business interactions will occur on Eastern US Time Zone.
