Job Overview:

The Patient Access Coordinator will effectively interact and communicate with a variety of patients at their initial point of contact through telephone, email, and website inquiries. This position is responsible for providing information and education to patients wanting to learn more about our services.

Education and Experience:High School DiplomaIdeal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales roleEssential Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work as a team member.Well-organized with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must be able to effectively communicate with physician team members.Familiar with electronic scheduling software.Ability to discuss financial responsibility of patients in a manner that is consistent with practice standards and guidelines.Ability to be compassionate and empathetic with patient needs.Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all patient inquiries including telephone, email, and website.Schedule patients for consultation appointments.Communicate relevant patient information to providers, i.e., patient concerns, goals.Review pricing, practice specials, and/or financing options with patients regarding their desired treatment goals.Schedule non-surgical treatments.Preserve current and/or create new policies and procedures in accordance with all HIPAA requirements to ensure Private Health Information remains confidential.Remain active in continuing education to ensure knowledge base is current and consistent with expectations of the practice and healthcare industry.Manages Luxe Loyalty enrollment for all cosmetic surgical patients.Registers breast augmentation patients for vendor specific implant warrantyAssists patient counselors with collecting payments.May assist with data collection as needed.Benefits:
