Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, including experience managing large-scale projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution
- Train, mentor and recruit project support personnel in the project management disciplines
- Prepare submittals and procure materials
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, adhering to company and industry standards
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members comply with company and OSHA safety guidelines

- Bachelor"s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
