Job Description:
We're seeking a visionary Senior Designer to lead the evolution of Revive's visual identity across our book of business. As we focus on elevating our customer and member experience, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand touchpoints in compelling, elegant, and practical ways.
This role is perfect for a creative risk-taker who can mentor junior team members while remaining an individual contributor. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, who has a background in Creative Direction, working alongside a collaborative marketing team poised for growth.
This is a REMOTE position.
Duties:
Brand Development and ManagementLead the conceptualization and execution of design projects for customer toolkits (digital/print materials, presentations, digital promotional assets)Develop a comprehensive brand resource, hosted on Webflow, that functions as our "brand book" and features our visual identity, brand motifs, logo usage, voice, tone, etc.Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platformsEvent and Conference Support
Take a leading role in design efforts for conferences and events scheduled through the end of the yearCreate impactful visual materials that showcase Revive's brand at industry eventsCreative Project Leadership
Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Senior Director of Marketing on the creative brief process for key projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputFacilitate critiques with cross-functional departmentsMentor junior team members on brand application and design best practicesDigital Design
Create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and email marketingOversee Webflow designer in creating landing pages for growth and acquisitionTeam Collaboration and Process Improvements
Create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and email marketingOversee Webflow designer in creating landing pages for growth and acquisition; assist with QC'ing their workInnovation in Brand Expression

5-7 years of design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead roleProven experience as a design leader, ideally with mentoring experienceExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong knowledge of current design trends and best practicesExperience with AI-generated brand imageryDemonstrated ability to articulate accessibility principlesPrior experience in brand/marketing design within tech, fintech, B2B SaaS, or healthcareExperience with user journey mapping and persona-based designWorking within SendGrid or a similar e-mail platform2-3 years on in-house design or marketing teams
