Position: Program Analyst / Workflow ManagerRequired Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Responsibilities
As a Program Analyst (Workflow Manager), you will perform action-officer duties to develop briefings, documents, and reports for Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer-level meetings.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:Perform administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/ actions through electronic means.Have experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or other tracking tools (e.g. Microsoft Planner), reviewing staff packages for completeness, issues and maintaining configuration control.Have experience in developing and conducting records management plans and activities for Mission Integration.Directly support an SES Tier 2 in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Mission Capabilities - Mission Integration.Qualifications:
5+ years of related professional experience.Use strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment; present and explain technical information to colleagues, management, or sponsors.Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary project team that may include engineers, scientists, designers, and technicians.Have strong problem solving and analytical skills.Have experience with Microsoft products including Office and SharePoint.Desired Qualifications:
Background in technical editing or professional writing within the Dept. of Defense.Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a related field.Clearance requirements :
Active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
