Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.Talkdesker: YOU!As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be the SME for the technology stack supporting Billing, Accounts Receivables, Procurement, Accounts Payable,General Ledger, Expenses, and Travel (Coupa, Egencia, NetSuite, SureTax, Stripe). You will work with teams across the organization collaborating on complex implementation, automation, and operational initiatives to support the company's hyper-growth. You will report to our Director, Financial Systems and this role is open to remote candidates in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day first level end user support to resolve system issues within established SLAsCollaborate with other IT teams (including offshore) and global business teams to support systemsUse deep systems expertise (Netsuite, Coupa & other) to troubleshoot and debug technical & functional issuesDesign, configure, and support solutions that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger and T&E operations ensuring alignment with business requirementsSupport Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)Support Coupa modules (Purchasing, Expense Management, Coupa Pay) and its integration with NetsuiteWork on to improve Month end and Quarter End processes. Help to bring efficiencies to business processes using systemsSupport testing for Netsuite and Coupa release upgradesSupport & Enhance integrations of Financial systems, working with Integration teamEnsure proper change control is documented for all production changes/deploymentsOversee user access and role based permissions; maintain quarterly review process to resolve SOD conflicts and certify complianceSupport SOX, ITCG, and change management frameworks to ensure IT control complianceDocument system design/configurations and System ProcessesRequirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience with NetSuite One World. Should have worked on core financial modules AR, AP, GL, FA and ARM (Advanced Revenue Management)2+ years of hands-on administrator experience with the different Coupa modulesExperience of Tax tool integration (SureTax or Avalara) with Netsuite.Experience with Egencia or similar travel tools supporting a global workforceExperience of integrating Netsuite with Payment gateway like Stripe or similarExperience with global system implementations and enhancements that support localization and international expansionExperience of Bank integrations with NetsuiteExposure to agile project management concepts and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and LucidChartCoupa certifications preferredAccounting/Finance background is preferred
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work.
