Position Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our innovative, patient-focused healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at helping patients reach their highest level of functional ability. You will work with a diverse range of patients, providing therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.
Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy ProgramCertification / Licensure: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure & BLS certification required.Skills: Demonstrates accountability and skills in assessment/evaluation, decision-making, and time management. Should have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and organizational skills.Benefits:

Perform thorough patient evaluations to determine appropriate physical therapy diagnoses and treatment plans.Develop and implement personalized treatment programs to address patients' specific needs and goals.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and wellness.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for maintaining progress at home.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care.Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
