TBC Corporation has an immediate opening for SAP LE-WM Functional Analyst III role in our IT shared services group located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This position will be responsible for analysis, design & support of SAP Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management processes part of TBC's agile supply chain supporting our Wholesale and Franchise business. We are looking for an experienced SAP LE-WM functional analyst with strong functional knowledge in SAP Warehouse Management Module coupled with Logistics Execution & Inventory Management areas. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA EWM is a definite plus.
This role will be a Hybrid work environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesDrive business blue printing workshops with business and As-Is & To-Be discussions and mapping of business process flows.Gather requirements from the Warehouse & Shipping department, analyze and provide solutions based on best industrial practices.Responsible for the overall design & solutioning for SAP LE-WM and integration with other modules such as SAP MM, SD & FI areasHands on experience with SAP WM Organization Structures, Master data setup, Inbound-Outbound Process set up, IM, Cycle Count set up, Putaway and Picking strategies, Movement Types Configuration, Understanding of ITS mobile & RF configuration, Outputs, Label Printing, Scanners etc.Involved in development of WM reports, WM activity monitor, exposure to slotting & warehouse Re organization.Good knowledge of SAP WM integration with 3rd party systems specifically related to Route management, 3PL logistics providers & Demand management systems such as BY.In-depth understanding of EDI functionality related to Inbound & outbound processes.Plan and manage assigned work activities, work through Jira project plans, complete projects on time and on budget. Participate in Daily Scrum meetings and provide updates on the assignments.Conduct SAP functional training for the internal team members and Business users when needed.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Supply Chain is highly preferred. 8+ years of specific relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.Required: at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP LE-WM modulesStrong analytical, high attention to detail, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.Strong prioritization/time management/organizational skills.Ability to balance multiple projects in a constantly changing environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate IT concepts and terminology to the business.Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.Lead efforts to plan, design, implement and support SAP business processes and systems in support of core organizational functions with a focus on implementing standard solutions.Benefits
