As a valued contributor to our team, you will support the Office of Minority and Women inclusion (OMWI) Business Administration operations through planning, prioritization, project management, communications and reporting consistent with divisional priorities and the objectives of the Chief Diversity Officer (CDIO) and report to the Chief of Staff.

Job Description

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The OMWI and D&I - Lead Project Administrator role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Plan, prepare and execute OMWI Engagement Activities including: Offsites, Townhalls, team building, CDIO stakeholder engagements, Fireside chat series, and managing SharePoint/Teams Channel content.Manage OMWI Enterprise Events (including Officer level events) in furtherance of D&I learning strategy.Support OMWI Communications Strategy (Internal/External) with Marketing and Communications including developing communications, reporting, narrative development and supporting engagement events.Support Vendor Management including: manage D&I memberships/partners, sponsorships relationships, vetting and onboarding.Oversee External Awards and BenchmarkingProject manage divisional workplan, goals and priorities to identify concerns related to capacity or timelinessSupport technology innovation (new tools, automation)Monitors the external environment (with a focus on D&I hot topics and evolving industry trends).Support divisional stakeholder engagement (Diversity Advisory Committee, Employee Resource Groups, Business Unit D&I groups, Business Unit Strategy partners).Identify needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise context.Coordinate stakeholders and team members to deliver strategic business initiatives.Encourage team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity.Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences

2 years related experience.Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionExperience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectivesExperience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalRelationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BIDesired Experiences

Bachelor degree or equivalentInfluencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictOperational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.Skilled in Workiva, Litera, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and Smartsheet.
