About the team + role
Brokerage products are the bread and butter of Robinhood. The brokerage team is a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative team. As a member of this cross-functional group, you will collaborate closely with partners in product, operations, engineering, to unlock the potential of our data and shape the future of the brokerage products.
We're looking for a dedicated, ambitious Senior Data Scientist to join our Brokerage Data Science team. In this role, you will be using analytics, ML and quantitative finance models, and your engineering skills to build data solutions to drive growth of our brokerage businesses, including margin lending and securities lending, and other leveraged trading products.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
