Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with established accounting standards. Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the preparation and ongoing management of the annual budget, delivering regular updates on forecasts and variance analyses. Cost Optimization:

Evaluate and manage expenses to boost profitability and improve operational effectiveness. Product Cost Analysis:

Review and validate production costs to maintain accurate manufacturing results. Team Leadership:

Guide and develop the finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Internal Controls:

Design and uphold robust internal controls to protect assets and ensure regulatory adherence. Financial Analysis:

Perform in-depth analyses to support strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with various departments to deliver financial insights that drive organizational objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. 710 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in manufacturing finance and cost accounting. Familiarity with payroll and 401(k) administration. Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel, with

SAP experience mandatory.
