Primary Skills Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of our cisco voice system Responsible for customization / Programming of Cisco CUCM ,Cisco Unified CM Console, CUCM Publisher, CUBES Support and maintain CUPS,CER Publisher, Unity Connection Publisher, SIP Proxy,DSP & VXML Gateway Experience in Ingress/Egress Gateway (CUBE) Knowledge of Cisco unified contact center Enterprise (UCCE),Cisco Unified Communication Manager solution and CUBE. Scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE/UCCX, Call manager Expertise on configuration and administration of contact center features Excellent Knowledge in Voice Gateway and SBC
