Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full time Early Career Subcontracts Administrator/Procurement Representative who are key and vital components to our Supply Chain Management Teams. Responsibilities will include: Learning to solicit, negotiate, and place Purchase Orders with suppliers in Procure to Pay systems Managing supplier performance and establishing relationships. Tracking and expediting purchased hardware Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with management oversight Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers Support presenting program status to leadership Basic Qualifications: Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance Masters degree in a related discipline or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel) Desired Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated critical thinking / problem solving abilities Able to multi-task several critical assignments at both time and ability to work both independently and within a team structure Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
