- Sr. Manager ensures technical resource quality on all Connectivity development teams -Collaborates with other peer leaders on the technical staff augmentation, vendor relationships for the development groups, and the associated budgets. -Ensures application infrastructure security posture compliance of all Connectivity custom solutions/works with technical leads on platform technical debt and code quality. -Establishes and documents SDLC standards in the group, and coaches/mentors support of technical leads and developers, in collaboration with architects/department leads. -Influences Technical Leads goals/performance. -Collaborates with Network/Infrastructure Architects on research and adoption of new deployment platforms for our customers application infrastructure.

Annual salary ranging from 145-155K.

Required Skills & Experience

Needed Technical Skillset: -5-7 years of hands-on experience with .NET and .NET Core is needed for success. o Expert level knowledge of .NET fundamentals Object Oriented Development, Generics, LINQ, Entity Framework, Unit Testing. o Expert level experience with some design and prototyping tools/diagramming. o Expert level understanding of API versioning, management, telemetry, performance tuning and API documentation techniques (swagger or similar). o Skillset/practice of create technical debt and technical roadmap/product shelf-life assessments for API/Middleware products. Needed Leadership Skillset: -5-7 years previously in a technical leadership role with people leadership responsibility for several people. o Proven previous experience with leading technical teams and establishing standards of excellence. o Ability to track budgets and SOWs, as well as licensing. High degree of financial organization and acumen. o Ability to plan and execute large, complex long-term initiatives with support of project/program managers -This person will be responsible for 3 teams made up of around ~20 people with 3 Team Leads (both onshore and offshore). o Customer Connectivity Team o Middleware Development Team o B2B Ecommerce Team
