The
Warehouse Associate
is responsible for warehouse and clerical activities. The incumbent must maintain and develop inventory distribution controls in accordance with agreed business plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking the current status, reconditioning and disbursement of equipment.Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet agreed product demands.Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installation purposes.Respond to and follow up stock inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits.Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.Carry out inventory research, and replenishment for satellite locations.Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders.Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.- to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred but not requiredMinimum of two (2) year's Warehouse work experienceFlexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business needsWarehouse employees required to drive to remote warehouses must have an active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver's license in State where hired
