Who you are:As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will provide nursing care to patients in a short-term observation unit designed to assess and manage patients who require further evaluation but do not require immediate hospital admission. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and be dedicated to making a positive impact on the experience of our patients. What you'll do:Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical dataEmploy your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomesDemonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by theCMC.You will serve as a mentor for your team.You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for ourpatients.Qualifications What you'll bring: 1 plus years of experience as an RN C urrent unencumbered RN license in the State of NH A merican Heart Association BLS certification required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred BSN strongly preferred Who we are: Catholic Medical Center ("CMC") is a nonprofit, regional health system committed to delivering the highest quality and most advanced healthcare to patients across New Hampshire.
