Rate of pay : $15.00 - $20.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as the skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Functions:Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives.Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.Maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.Minimum Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.High School diploma or equivalent.Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-lingual skillsExperience working with children, youth, and families.One-year experience in related program field.
