Do you like having your hands in a lot of different corporate initiatives? This position will be a multi-faceted role that requires an ability to work with a high level of autonomy. You will provide critical support to several members of our Executive team including our CEO and manage the daily operations of our Draper office.
It is a fantastic opportunity with high visibility and a variety of responsibilities to enable the office to operate in a more efficient and organized fashion.
What You Will do
Administrative Management:
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to remotely manage the CEO's schedule, travel, and task prioritization efficiently.Exhibit proactive problem-solving and time management abilities to anticipate needs and respond promptly, even outside regular hours.Possess excellent communication and coordination skills to organize and facilitate key meetings (Board, Executive, Logistics, Town Halls, All-Hands).Display vendor management and multitasking capabilities to handle administrative tasks and manage external relationships.Uphold discretion and confidentiality while coordinating with Private Equity owners and managing complex schedules for company meetings.Office Management:
Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, vendors, and job applicants professionally.Maintain office and kitchen supplies, equipment functionality, and a clean, safe, and inviting environment.Show budget management and expense tracking competencies by handling the Draper office's monthly finances.Exhibit vendor management skills, coordinating with building management and outside service providers to maintain smooth operations.Who You Are
Detail-oriented and proactive: Experienced in executive support, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy: Highly proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and skilled at using technology to streamline tasks and improve communication.Adaptable and energetic: Skilled at balancing diverse responsibilities, asking questions to clarify needs, and keeping operations smooth.Independent and initiative-driven: Able to work with minimal supervision, confidently making informed decisions.Positive and professional: Brings a proactive, positive attitude to contribute to an engaging and supportive office culture.What You Have
1-3 years in an executive assistant/ office manager capacity.Must have proficiency with Google Suite of Products: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.Confident working with multiple remote executives.Managed daily operations of an office in previous positions.Available to work in-office Monday through Friday.What NEOGOV Offers
