Position Summary:

CODICE is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to join the Information Technology Section in the Immediate Office. This individual will play a key role in delivering top-tier technical support to client across on-premise and remote locations. In addition to providing expert-level user support, the contractor will assist in enterprise applications for Attorneys, Paralegals, and support staff engaged in complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for critical systems, including Office365, Citrix, Adobe Document Cloud, Box.com, Salesforce, VMware, Zscaler VPN, DC Child Support System, and Active Directory accounts.Develop and manage Microsoft Windows system images and offer high-level engineering support for Windows-based devices.Support and troubleshoot all Apple-based hardware, including iPads, iPhones, and Mac computers.Coordinate warranty services for end-user hardware devices.Install and resolve issues with network printing software.Administer the virtual fax and network printing systems.Manage Active Directory and Office365 accounts, ensuring efficient access and security.Provide advanced support for cloud-based programs, including Box.com and Salesforce, assisting with user account management, troubleshooting, and system optimization.Support and troubleshoot VMware environments and Zscaler VPN configurations for secure remote access.Provide assistance and troubleshooting for the DC Agency System, including user support and system maintenance as needed.Proactively check and maintain IT equipment in courtrooms and provide on-site technical support in Court Ante rooms, ensuring all systems are fully operational for court proceedings.Maintain accuracy in service database records and update entries promptly.Test and validate new equipment for deployment.Support other help desk technicians as needed, providing guidance and expertise.Mentor and train junior IT staff.Assist in IT Security related tasksKnowledge and experience in implementing Cybersecurity FrameworksPerform additional tasks as assigned.In person DC agencyQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, complex IT environment.Certifications such as ITIL-V3, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, and VMware or VPN-related certifications are strongly preferred.
