Transportation Engineering Project Manager

This is an opportunity to be involved with a variety of design projects including freeways, urban streets, rural roadways, bikeways, complete streets, pedestrian improvements, multi-use paths, traffic calming, and developments. Responsibilities include project oversight (scope development, contracting, budgeting, invoicing), technical design, coordination of project assignments, oversight of the efforts of project staff, and client relationship development. This position offers excellent growth potential for a self-directed engineering professional with a passion for transforming challenges into solutions .

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering fieldRegistered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain within 6 months)Experience as project manager or lead roadway engineer on DOT and municipal projects (experience on transportation projects in Wisconsin is a plus)Technical competence in developing and managing project budgetsClient relationships and business development experienceProficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/OpenRoadsDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license
