Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an Administrative Assistant role in Maple Grove, MN.
$ 28.15/hr
Performs general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail.
Assists with expense reconciliation, vendor POs and payments.
Coordinates events for team on and off site meetings.
Works with various department teams where needed.
Serves as a point of contact for internal customers. Contacts are frequently within own organization and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive nature.
Answers complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up. Viewed as key functional resource.
Collaborates with cross functional partners to understand project goals/needs including budget, timing, expected deliverables or content creation/development, execution and measures for success.
Makes decisions using independent judgment under only general guidelines.
Creates and maintains professional documents (letters, org charts, presentations, etc.); ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling; makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.
Responsible for confidential information which typically consists of company/division sensitive information (i.e. new product technology, organizational changes).
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
*High School or equivalent and 3 years of related experience with certification in assigned area required.
*Open to - associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or office management preferred. *Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams).

**Pay Details:**
$28.15 per hour
