Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our collaborative clinical team, you will have the opportunity to treat a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions to determine their functional limitations and needs.Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address patients' goals and improve their functional abilities.Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to manage their conditions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, other therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.Qualifications:
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.California State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in orthopedic rehabilitation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:
