Responsibilities of the
Sales Manager
include, but are not limited to:Achieving the highest quality of sales through product expertise and continuous improvement of sales skillsDirect supervision of Outside Sales personnelDevelop senior management relationship with customers in their respective territoriesPromotion of sales growthKey account management including growth and marginsManage the regional territory by account level analysisDevelop & maintain preferred vendor listUtilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), which will track the process level performanceAnnual budgeting, while ensuring to grow profitabilitySetting goals that are not only achievable but sustainableInstigate new improvement actionsSupport regional objectives & opportunities with guidance and support to identify and capture market opportunitiesResponsible for recruiting, retention, and administrative duties regarding employee relations while following company policies and procedures#LI-JG1
Qualifications of the
Sales Manager
include, but are not limited to:
15-20 years of pump experience working with rotating equipment/pumpsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategiesExperience in customer relationship managementExperience managing and directing a sales teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to providing great customer serviceAbility to lead a sales teamAdditional Information:
