Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: San Ramon, CADuration - FTE
Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team and provide exceptional speech therapy services in a school setting across the greater East Bay Area, with a focus near Concord, California. This position offers an opportunity to make a profound impact on students' lives by supporting their communication and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication skills.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.Provide therapy sessions to improve students' communication abilities in areas such as articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatics.Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals.Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required documentation.Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.Active California Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Passion for working with school-aged children and making a positive impact on their lives.
