Position Summary

We seek to fill a full-time Country Manager Executive position at our Shimbashi, Tokyo location. These ideal applicant should have a strong background in the energy industry and a network and relationships that can be leveraged allowing Yes Energy to highlight our proven track record of providing energy organizations with a competitive advantage in the Japanese power market. Working closely with the (Technical Sales Executive) you will drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the energy markets.Working with the TAE you will introduce them to contacts from your networking, prospecting and other lead generation activities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations participating in the Japanese power market.Understand client needs and requirements and demonstrate and communicate how our energy solutions to meet their objectives.Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products and services.Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.Minimum Requirements

Native Fluency in Japanese and Excellent strong English communication skills.Minimum of 5 years of direct, customer-facing experience in a B2B environment

Minimum of 3 years of sales-focused experiencePreference for 2 or more years of experience working in SaaS for Energy Markets, Financial or Commodities sector.Preference for an understanding of deregulated energy markets and the evolving energy sector in Japan
