The candidate shall coordinate communications between the Implementation Team, Customers, and Executive Management..The candidate shall assist the develop documentation such as briefings and reports to facilitate program and executive leadership level communication.The candidate shall facilitate and track meetings and deliverables.The candidate shall ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance.The candidate shall provide administrative and maintenance duties for the communication tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.Requirements:

Demonstrated experience developing program leadership level communications.Demonstrated experience using MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel to produce project control gates, briefings, schedules, reports, statuses, and project related documentation.Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives.Demonstrated experience documenting and sharing the outcome of program events.Demonstrated experience documenting and maintaining risks using a risk register.Demonstrated experience using MS Excel to track program risks.Demonstrated experience identifying, prioritizing, and tracking risk mitigation strategies to completion.Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating the critical path in a project schedule.Demonstrated experience leveraging JIRA to support the management of scrum based agile development processes.Demonstrated experience building, configuring, maintaining, and administrating projects in JIRA.Demonstrated experience managing customer requirements using JIRA.Employee Benefits:
