What the Certinia Salesforce Developer and Administrator does at Worldwide
The Certinia Salesforce Developer and Administrator (CSDA) will lead the ongoing development of the Certinia PSA platform. The CSDA manages day-to-day administration of Certinia PSA and its interactions with the overall Salesforce platform and other financial systems. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using SalesForce.com. The CSDA will collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator when Certinia functionality intersects with the CRM.
What you will do
Certinia Configuration and Administration
Design and implement workflows, customizations, and automation. Maintain system, security and integrity including the design, creation, and maintenance of user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions. Evaluate new releases of Certinia and Salesforce to determine impact and opportunities. Certinia Development
Collaborate with and guide outside consultants to design, develop, and support Apex code, triggers, and flows.
Develop Apex code and triggers to support new Certinia features.
Maintain the Certinia code base.
Certinia Production Support
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Certinia PSA, including administration and maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set platform priorities and steward enhancement requests through the development lifecycle.
Certinia Reporting and Dashboard
Create reports, dashboards, and flows to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Communicate the status of upcoming changes, enhancements, and defect status to management and stakeholders.
Develop and outline change management analyses and preparation of new version releases of Salesforce and Certinia.
Continuously monitor trends in both the Certinia and Salesforce ecosystems.
What you will bring to the role
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
Platform App Builder Certification preferred.
Previous Certinia PSA experience preferred.
Previous experience in life sciences preferred.
Previous Conga experience preferred.
Your experience
Bachelor's Degree in an IT or Financial discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer and/or Certinia Administrator.
Proficiency in programming and/or code writing with Apex.
Firm understanding of accounting concepts.
Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals or Contract Research Organizations preferred.
Excellent analytical skills.
