FlexStaff is seeking a Nurse Case Manager/Staff Nurse to join
our client's team, a leading organization that provides housing, services and programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a full-time (Mon-Fri), direct hire position,
there are various group home locations in QUEENS. *Hours can be flexible 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 7am-3pm.
Responsibilities:Coordinate the delivery of health care services for adults with disabilities residing in residential programs.Be responsible for performing nursing assessments and diagnosesWork in conjunction with other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes.Provides guidance and training to direct care staff to ensure proper delivery of health care services.Requirements include:
NYS RN LicensePrior nursing experience and/or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel to and access multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area.Able to work flexible hours and/or days.Benefits
