Job Description:Exp -15 YearsWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly across our technology ecosystem. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will provide technical expertise, guide best practices, and ensure high-quality architecture and implementation standards.Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Design and architect Salesforce solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.Integration Architecture: Develop integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data consistency and efficient data flow.Technical Leadership: Act as a technical lead for the Salesforce team, mentoring developers, and guiding the technical implementation of projects.Best Practices & Standards: Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, code quality practices, and best practices for customization and configuration.System Performance Optimization: Identify and address potential performance issues, scalability challenges, and security risks in the Salesforce platform.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.15+ years of experience with Salesforce, including architecture and design experience.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.Strong understanding of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica) and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.Experience in DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools).Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of multi-cloud architecture and integration.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with security and data protection best practices
