We are looking for a Business Controller to join our FE_WIBU team in Easley, SC. This position will drive, monitor, and coordinate operational controlling, reporting, anlysis and all controlling/business partnering relevant aspects for the factory units under the roof of Operations.The primary role of this position is effectively managing the Controlling processes within SAP and using the data to drive improvements in processes with positive impacts on the P&L, and customer delivery.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Drives operational and cost analysis for the LE at the Operations (factory) level (responsible end-to-end for all controlling/ business partnering aspects of the LE at Operations); supports cost accounting assists in actuals/forecast analysis, develops and maintains the overall reporting framework for LE at Operations level, supports the resolution of complex issues; support developments of ERP system and ensures compliance with global policies.Oversees and co-ordinates the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes on Operations level.Delivers effective and timely communication to LE FICO Head and other internal or external stakeholdersAccountable for the production of core finance management reporting and analysisIdentifies and manages continuous improvement initiatives for the controlling functionMonitors and develops monthly reports for Revenues and Expenditures of a factory and all factory sites consolidated; manages and steers factory costs; assists in the analysis of NWC balances.Provides production & cost information required to perform end-to-end Financial close and internal reporting processProvides inputs for the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Finance organizationProvides key operational decision makers with accurate and timely financial information leading to minimization of cost and the maximization of profitabilityEmpowers the Operations Team to manage the day-to-day aspects of the processes i.e. provides operational steering.Liaising with Procurement and Engineering in regard to inventory valuation and cost estimatesSupports the GPOs in establishing procedures for the Cost Accounting function including selection and implementation of the relevant reporting and toolsDelivers effective, timely communication on all relevant issues to internal and external stakeholdersIdentifies and manages continuous improvement initiatives for the Cost Accounting functionTo succeed in this role, you will need:
More than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Controlling.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.CMA, CMP Certifications preferred.Excellent understanding of integrated ERP, preferably SAPProficient in MS Office, incl. Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externallyExcellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skillsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent commercial awareness and deep Business understandingStrong problem solving and organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize activities and processesPro-active and self-motivated mindsetHigh integrityWhat we offer you:
