Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of product operations specialists, fostering a culture of customer obsession and data-driven decision-makingAnalyze and synthesize data from multiple sources, including customer and partner feedback, product usage, and adoption metricsDevelop and maintain user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards to surface key metrics and trends to stakeholdersPartner with Product Management, Engineering, and Field teams to close the feedback loop and build a cohesive customer storyInfluence product and engineering decision-makers to deliver the best possible customer experienceOrganize the measurement of key results for annual objectives and communicate progress to department stakeholdersImplement process improvements to optimize product operations, reducing costs and improving efficiencyDrive operational rigor across the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyondOversee the product roadmap and release management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new featuresQualifications:
10+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or related roles in high-growth technology companiesProven track record of scaling product operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or ScalaExperience with data visualization solutions such as Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, or Data StudioDeep understanding of the data and AI landscape, including lakehouse architecture and modern analytics platformsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear messagingExperience leading update syncs with strong preference for Agile/Scrum/JIRA experienceEntrepreneurial, "can-do" attitude with the ability to make an impact in a start-up environmentBenefits:

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
