About the Role

We are seeking a Group Product Manager for our Activity Platform product, a critical component in our mission to provide exceptional member treatment. At Hinge Health, we believe movement is medicine, and getting our members engaged in movement is key to delivering effective treatment to meaningfully reduce their pain. Our core product is delivered through the Hinge Health app, surfacing the right content and therapeutic activities at the right time, personalized to each member. This role is essential in driving the platform strategy that supports our member experiences and outcomes, working across the organization to identify high-value opportunities and execute our vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutionsdeveloping versatile APIs to provide access to member activity data for various product teams and building an extensible platform for integrating personalized content like education, surveys, and exercises across domains. You will also manage, coach, and empower a team of Platform PMs. Together, your team will enable greater personalization and driving gains in member retention and health outcomes. What You'll AccomplishDevelop and execute an inspiring and comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform teams supporting our core product, ensuring alignment with Hinge Healths mission and business goals.Lead cross-functional teams, including clinical, engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality, member-centered activity solutions and applications.Manage, coach, and empower a team of Product Managers to deliver exceptional results.Foster a culture of rapid testing, learning, and iteration in activity development and management.Serve as a key liaison between the product team and executive leadership, effectively communicating strategy, progress, and impact.Utilize analytics to track activity engagement and effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform activity strategy and product improvements.Ensure the Activity Platform supports a seamless, integrated member experience across all Hinge Health offerings and scales with the growing slate of services.Hinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.Qualificatons:Basic Qualifications8+ years of product management experience with 2+ years of management experience4+ years of experience as a platform product manager building enabling technology capabilitiesExperience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over outputStrong problem solving skills with the ability to abstract and identify patterns from complex use casesEffective decision making skills driven and informed by dataExcellent communication skills, with emphasis on the written narrativePreferred QualificationsBS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or relevant fieldExperience in health education, digital therapeutics, or patient engagement platforms.CompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
