Summary of Purpose:
In Datacenter & Cloud Operations, the Enterprise Engineer is responsible for technical aspects of the existing INPO datacenter, Cloud platform integrations, IaaS operations, security, data protection and recovery, client systems, and disaster recovery. The incumbent in this role works closely with other IT engineers and IT Architects within the organization to provide high performance, reliable, secure, and properly maintained datacenter infrastructure.
Essential Functions:Provides leadership in the strategic development of enterprise datacenter systemsMentor junior support staff in business analysis and project management methods and modelsCollaborates with senior IT and business management to define enterprise datacenter systems and architecture that support the needs of INPO strategy, policies, and proceduresWorks with other IT personnel in the managing and implementation of enterprise network solutionsActs as the technical lead for project teams - conduct research and analysis and provide recommendations and guidance to project managers and team membersWorks with subject matter experts, other IT staff, and Business Analysts to analyze, understand and document system requirementsCollaborates with IT PMs on release planning, task estimation and timeline developmentGathers, analyzes, and reports key performance metrics to promote good business decisionsLeads presentations and communication efforts to the business, senior leadership, and peers to promote products, services and platforms related to IT infrastructureManages IT strategy and solutionsManages system integration by providing architecture, vision, problem anticipation, and problem solvingProvides in depth knowledge of IT platforms and integrationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Four or more years of professional work experienceTwo or more years of experience in IT project management, data center, client, cloud, and security infrastructurePreferred
